At The Savory Moose, our chef creates Latin-inspired tasting menus that blend Spanish technique with vibrant influences from Mexico and the Caribbean. Each menu is thoughtfully curated using seasonal ingredients and paired with wine to complement every course.

Menus are customized for each event and offered in four, five, or six courses, with optional enhancements including our signature tableside paella experience prepared live by the chef.

Our signature paella experience is prepared live by the chef during your event, creating a memorable centerpiece for your evening. Guests enjoy the aroma, presentation, and craftsmanship as saffron rice, seasonal ingredients, and traditional techniques come together tableside.

Available as a standalone experience or as part of a tasting menu.
